A peaceful stay with room quirks

The calming atmosphere enveloped us each morning, while the staff greeted us with genuine warmth.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was erratic, making those peaceful nights elusive. An unexpected room change left us feeling a bit disappointed, despite the friendly service.

Clean rooms with good size.

The check-in process was chaotic and frustrating. It took ages just to get someone to attend to us, and I felt completely ignored by the staff.

However, the check-in process was somewhat confusing, and while the beach access was nice, it's not private. Overall, this property deserves more recognition than it currently has.

The huge swimming pool was exceptionally clean, offering plenty of space for relaxation, while the breakfast options were delightful, featuring healthy choices like Millet upma and Raggi dosa!

The unexpected repeated calls for service were disruptive, and I felt the staff lacked the necessary attention to detail during my business trip. ,

It was just a proper fit for a weekend escape in Visakhapatnam with very good value for money. The beach view from our balcony was stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. Consider asking for room service early in the evening to avoid delays.

Can recommend for a short break

Calm room, quiet atmosphere, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the extensive lunch buffet spread, while also appreciating the free parking and the proximity to the airport just 17 km away.

I appreciated the serene environment, beautifully landscaped with lush greenery, making it easy for seniors like myself to enjoy peaceful walks around the property and access various amenities without feeling rushed.

More shaded seating areas near the beach would help.

The kids play area kept my little ones entertained. Food at the restaurant was delicious, with good variety, but I found response times to requests a bit slow at times. The check-in was confusing, adding unnecessary stress on arrival. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door unexpectedly at night, which startled me. Overall, the location is fantastic with easy access to local tourist spots. I recommend this spot but hope management works on the timing of staff interactions.
